So…a while ago I started volunteering at a local nursing home. Not much, just a few times a month. As a “thank you” for volunteering, I’m allowed free use of the fitness rooms and pools. With the musical, I’d been too busy to even check it out. Yesterday, I finally stopped by to check it out and ended up working out. I went back today as well. So…2 consecutive days of workouts! Yeah me! Tomorrow will be an off-day as Kid’s Club at church starts up and I’m helping with that.
